We make our syrup sweeter than most other producers since we do it to "taste" and not color. Our equipment is all stainless steel and washed with water and good old elbow grease.
Jim has been making syrup for over 20 years and now, with his partner Chuck, enjoys making and selling a product that sells itself throughout Connecticut.
